Return Information

Returning a Purchase

When you feel or notice anything wrong in your order, no problem. It’s easy to return it to us within 7 days(Included weekends). Here’s what you need to do:


  • The item(s) in unused, unopen and like-new condition with original packaging and seal if included as delivered, accessories and all paperwork. We do not accept opened or unsealed item(s) for whatever reason when product defective is not noticed. 
  • A copy of your order confirmation. If you can’t find it, no problem our customer service desk can find your information using your name, order number or email address.
  • A government approved form of identification.
  • If customer plan to upgrade, it is expected that previous item has not been used for return to be valid.


All paid monies, including the applicable sales tax but excluding any bank charges or other charges will be returned to you the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase or other ways for company.
