Eclipse bimetal hole saws are constructed from hardened M3 HSS teeth, electron-beam welded to a tough alloy body and cap, giving exceptional strength, durability and shatter resistance. It is suitable for cutting through mild and stainless steel, cast iron, brass, aluminium and wood. A sharper, more accurate cut which cuts faster and stays sharper for longer.

- The hardness test is performed at several points to ensure resistance to wear of the wrench during uninterrupted use.
